We all have one whether you know it or not. We all keep a list of things we want to accomplish in the time we are allotted on this Earth. Some have noble goals, to get married, start a family, find a career, or finish a degree. Some are self serving goals, to win an award, l an account or even lose those extra pounds. Some have goals for adventure to see the seven wonders of the world, travel to an exotic l or see a breath taking beauty hidden to most. Some are thrill seekers wanting to go scuba diving, sky diving or base jumping. What you dream and what’s on your list says a lot about who you are and what you value. Chances are, things toward the top are your deepest desires, the things toward the bottom would be nice if they came to pass.
I have a few things on my list. One of them is to read the entire bible and last weekend I did. One of them is to see all the wonders of North America, The Gr Canyon, Niagara Falls, The Geysers at Yellow Stone, The Aurora Borealis, and The blue Hole. I of course wanted to get married and have children, I’m half way there on that one. I want to write a book and go to law school. It’s questionable whether or not I could actually stomach the practice of law, but I want to go simply for the training. Who knows if we will ever accomplish the list we hold in the back of our minds that surfaces as themes of our dreams. The point is to never stop dreaming.
